Is there a cost to assess my pest problem?

Inspections done in Kingston and St. Andrew are free of cost. All other locations will attract a service charge.

After you have identified my pest problem, what’s next?

After an inspection and evaluation, a quotation will be sent to you via mail, email, fax or telephone. Once you accept the quotation, you are guided on how the treatment will be done and the necessary preparations and precautions that should be taken.

How do you accept payment?

We accept cheques, cash and online bank transfer.

Are the products used dangerous to my family and pets?

We use chemicals registered by the Pest Control Authority and applied according to the manufacturers’ label instructions. Our service technicians are trained on the proper application of materials to ensure a safe and healthy environment for your family and pets.

How long will the treatment take?

The treatment time is dependent on the level of pest activity, the size of the area being treated and the type of treatment to be done.

What preparation should I make before you come to treat for pests?

Access to room edges is necessary to spray along skirting’s. Therefore clothing articles, magazines, toys etc. should be moved off the ground. All food items should be cleared from bench and table tops. All pets should be removed from premises or locked away in an area not being treated for at least 4 hours.

Will the spray damage my floor or carpet?

The mixture we spray does not stain as it’s a water based residual spray that doesn't contain strong solvents which might affect colouring or finishes.

I have dogs, how do you treat for rats?

To ensure the safety of your household pet we install tamper resistant rodent stations at prescribed intervals.

How do you treat for roaches?

We use bait gels, dusts and “low odour” residual insecticides. These treatments are dependent on the type of roach and their location.

How do you treat for ticks and fleas?

Tick and flea treatment is done by spraying the infested and potentially infested areas. A second treatment is done within 10 – 14 days after initial service and is 10% less the first service cost.

Are all ant treatments the same?

Not all treatments will be the same. Our Pest Professional will prescribe a treatment that best suits your needs.

If a section of my home is infested with termites, should I treat just the area or the entire building?

We always recommend that you treat the interior and exterior perimeter of your building to safeguard against termites.

Do you offer guarantee and warranty on your services?

We offer up to three year warranty for termite treatment and this is dependent on the type of termite, nature of treatment and type of structure.

How often should I do my pest control services?

Our Pest professional will formulate a program that’s best for you.
